I won this DVD from The 4×4 Show for registering on the web site. Pretty happy with winning anything really, so it arrived today.

To: the4×4showThanks for the DVD, it arrived today.I promptly put this in the DVD player and it worked for a few minutes, after scratching my head when the picture froze, I looked on the back of it. Initially I thought it was maybe the scratches and fingerprints (hey I don’t mind, really, I’d prefer the 4×4 show guys had a bow peep at it). Upon further inspection it appears that this burn failed and the disc only has perhaps 100mb of data on it while the directory listing in the PC shows it should have about 3gb of content.

Not a big problem. But I am curious..

If you guys watched this, how far did you get into it before turning it off? Like I like wheeling, but the way videos go this starts with some attitude (al-la 1-800-fuk-you) which is pretty immature, hey OK I’m 33 now maybe I’m just getting old. Then there’s nudity, but it is nude men. I don’t know about you, but this isn’t pleasant to my eye. Perhaps there is some female genitalia later in this disc, which then I’ll give it the what’s far is fair benefit of the doubt.

So I reckon out of all the fingerprints on the back of that DVD, I’m the only guy that’s watched it far enough (less than 5 minutes) to figure out the disc is stuffed.

Do you have a contact at ausjeepoffroad that I can get in touch with to replace this for a working disc, and do you think they will let me swap this DVD for one that contains less penis.
